The Supported Learning Program is a fee based program ($1,500 per semester) that provides comprehensive support to students with specific documented Learning Disabilities and ADHD.

The SLP includes:


  • Mandatory weekly meetings with an SLP instructor
  • Monitoring student's progress throughout the semester
  • Testing accommodations
  • Outlines and proof-reading services
  • Helping students identify preferred learning styles
  • Peer note-takers when appropriate
  • Helping students plan for effective time management
  • Encouraging self-advocacy skills
  • Providing strategies for effective note-taking, studying, etc.
  • Helping students balance social/academic life
  • Providing assistive technology as needed (Books on CD, Dragon Naturally Speaking, Kurzwell, Intel reader)
